For automatic plant a single adhesive powder is used for both corrugation and pasting.

We supply cold water soluble powder with high tackiness, firm bonding. high consistency and stable viscosity.

Semi Automatic Machines and Flute Laminators

We have two adhesives for separate process of Pasting & Corrugation. Also a single glue can be used for both application.

For Flute Laminator we provide adhesive to match the high speed.

There are two options:

1. Hot water soluble gum :- Neutral pH, very fast drying
2. Cold water soluble gum :- Mostly in cold water soluble gum pH value is upto 10.
Ratio is available from 1:2 to 1:10 with solids ranging from 8% to 33% and viscosity as per demand can be provided by us.

Paper Tube/Core/Angle Board

For these kind of item we provide DEX gum powder/ Cone & Core gum powder.

 These adhesives have very quick setting properties. Due to high speed of paper binding we provide such formulation that is high in tackiness.

 It is commonly used in ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 with solids from 25% to 50%.

 The viscosity is measured in B8 cup because it is much thicker than pasting gum.
